IECSC 2009版是环保部化学品登记中心于2009年10月最新发布的《中国现有化学物质名录》。本版名录包含了截止于2009年10月底经环保部公布的全部现有化学物质，共45355种，其中标识保密物质3088种，非标识保密物质42267种；有CAS号物质37291种，无CAS号代之以流水号的物质8064种；有结构式物质32557种，暂无结构式物质12798种。本版检索软件采用目前最先进的Microsoft .Net 2.0技术开发，数据库采用Microsoft SQL Server 2005系统。本版适用于Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista操作系统。

In order to strengthen the environmental management on chemicals, improve the measures of chemical environmental management, establish a system of new chemical substance notification in accordance with internationally typical operation, and implement the acceptances of entering WTO, the State Environmental Protection Administration (mep) has promulgated the Provisions on the Environmental Administration of New Chemical Substances. To cooperate the implementation of the Provisions, mep has completed the compilation of the Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances Manufactured or Imported in China (IECSC) for the purposes to identify new chemical substances and to master the status of existing chemical substances in China.

    There are 45355 chemical substances totally, where 37291 with CAS Number , and 8064 without CAS Number (or unknown). For substances without or unknown CAS number, an unique serial number was given in IECSC. There are 3088 confidential substances. The Chinese and English preferred names of these substances are not published. As a new feature, there are 32557 chemicals have their formula structures pictures.

    IECSC is a dynamic inventory. mep will publicize the substances which have been registered in accordance with the Provisions or accord with the rules of IECSC.

    When purchasing the IECSC 2009 software, by offering the organization name, the user will get a corresponding registration code. It is necessary for users to register at the first running, or the query and browse functions are not available.

    Organization Name is the name that user provided. The Registration Code is a serial of numbers corresponding to the Organization Name offered by CRC-MEP. Each Organization Name has a unique Registration Code. Please keep the Organization Name and Registration Code very carefully.

    Once the correct Registration Code is activated, all functions of IECSC 2009 are enabled.

The software can only be used in IBM-compatible computers. It can't be used in Apple-series computers.     The software can only be used in operation system of Microsoft Windows English version or Chinese version. It will take the capacity of 500M in your hard disk.     The software can work properly even when the operation system of users can not display Chinese characters. But the Chinese information in the software can't be displayed.     Users must confirm that your computer and operation system are all fit the above requirements. The order can not be refunded after the password has sent out if your PC can't match above requirements
